Anshika Mahendru is a dedicated educator and counselor with a Master’s degree in Psychology (Counselling, Child Clinical) from Panjab University, Chandigarh (2022-2024) and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology Honours from the same institution (2019-2022). As a committed mental health advocate, she has conducted significant research on adolescent psychology, including her published dissertation on “Suicidal Ideation in relation to Academic Stress, Resilience and Coping Strategies amongst Adolescents” in the International Journal of Interdisciplinary Approach in Psychology. Her practical experience includes clinical internships at Crayons Super Speciality Clinic in Chandigarh and with Dr. Harjot Singh in Amritsar, where she developed strong communication skills and exceptional talent for student engagement.

Beyond her professional work, Anshika is actively involved in community service and leadership development, having served as subhead of project “Pehchaan” at Rotaract Club Himalayan Range and as a general body member of multiple Rotaract clubs. Currently serving as Assistant Treasurer of the APS Amritsar Alumni Association, she continues to build bridges between educational institutions and their graduates while promoting collaborative learning communities and supporting student mental health needs. Her commitment to fostering lifelong connections and community support makes her a valuable asset to both educational and community organizations.
