Malkiat Singh is a seasoned legal practitioner with over 8 years of experience specializing in civil and criminal litigation, service law, cooperative banking regulations, and consumer protection. Currently serving as an Independent Practitioner since January 2019, he regularly appears before the Punjab & Haryana High Court, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Chandigarh, Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), and various Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions. A graduate of Panjab University with an LL.B degree and B.Com (Hons.) with First Division, his expertise spans constitutional law, contract law, cooperative banking disputes, loan recoveries, and regulatory compliance matters. Prior to his independent practice, he worked as an Associate with Senior Advocate R.S. Bains and currently serves as Panel Advocate for MARKFED Punjab.
Beyond his distinguished legal career, Malkiat demonstrates his commitment to community service as the President of the Army Public School (APS) Amritsar Alumni Association, where he continues his connection to his alma mater and fellow alumni.
